1. Services Provided
Afrilingua Academy provides online language instruction and cultural education, including but not limited to Ghanaian languages such as Twi, Fanti, Ga, and Ewe. Lessons are delivered virtually to children of families primarily residing in the United States.
2. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of registration and payment of any required registration or tuition fees. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information for themselves and their children.
3. Tuition & Payments
- All tuition and registration fees are due in advance.
- Monthly or quarterly payment plans may be offered depending on the term.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
- All prices are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative or processing fees. Missed classes without prior notice are not refundable.
5. Attendance & Participation
Consistent attendance is required for student progress. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child attends scheduled sessions on time and in a suitable learning environment.
6. Cancellations & Breaks
Afrilingua Academy may observe scheduled breaks between academic terms. Subscriptions or payment plans may end at the conclusion of a term and require re-enrollment for subsequent terms.
7. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected from students and parents at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct without refund.
8. Technology Requirements
Families are responsible for providing reliable internet access and appropriate devices for online learning. Afrilingua Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the client’s side.
9. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, curriculum content, and teaching resources are the intellectual property of Afrilingua Academy and may not be reproduced, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Afrilingua Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Afrilingua Academy web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
